DELIVERY TIME
Orders are shipped every week, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Shipment will be made in 48/72 hours from receipt of order excluding weekends and holidays. Items are shipped via courier with traceable waybill, delivering in Italy in 24/48 hours from shipping, in Europe and USA 3 to 5 working days and elsewhere 2 to 4 weeks. These shipping times are estimated, so not guaranteed.
If there is a special need to receive your order on a specific date, please contact us before completing your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your request at no additional cost (except for any additional shipping costs due to the special need).
DUTIES & TAXES
Our products are shipped from 'Italy and may be subject to customs duties not included in the price of the product itself, nor within the shipping and handling costs of the order. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes or (national) Value Added Tax (VAT) - Value Added Tax, which will be collected by the courier upon delivery. Customs duties are established and collected by the government of the country where the goods are delivered, not by ALTA MAGLIERIA ITALIANA. There will be no way for us to discount or alter the value of customs duties or make refunds for the same. Duties and taxes vary by country, so please kindly check your local regulations to calculate their value.
PAYMENTS
Payments will be made through PayPal. You will not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card. When finalizing your purchase (checkout) simply select the PayPal "button" and follow the instructions. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation notification from PayPal and our website. PayPal uses secure payment portals, encrypted by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI - DSS) managed by the PCI Security Standard Council (certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant). This means that all customer data and information is ultra-secure.

We are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate, appropriate or current. In the event that a FIORONI product is erroneously displayed at an incorrect price, FIORONI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products whose price is precisely incorrect. FIORONI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, even if the order has already been confirmed and payment made by credit card. In the event that payment has already been charged to your credit card and your order is cancelled, FIORONI may issue a credit to your credit card account for the value of the incorrect price.
